Controlled-release vaginal vitamin C tablets Prevegyne® is recognized by the SOGC and clinically proven to help reduce/relieve symptoms of non-specific vaginitis/bacterial vaginosis
Non-specific vaginitis/bacterial vaginosis is very common. It is even more common than yeast infections (Candida). It is believed to be the most common vaginal infection in women of reproductive age.

Non-specific vaginitis/bacterial vaginosis is associated with a drop in the number of protective bacteria (lactobacilli) and a subsequent overgrowth of harmful bacteria in the vagina.
